Garlic Butter
Oyster Mushroom
Ingredients

1 lb oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder
-
1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup tomato puree

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and ginger paste and sauté until onions are soft and translucent.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomato puree and stir well to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Add sliced oyster mushrooms and mix well to coat them in the masala sauce.

Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and cooked through.

Add heavy cream and salt to taste. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
